All prepaid site visits include:

✅ Scheduling M-F, 9-5 PM (1 hour window)
✅ Travel time inside Sonoma & Marin County to arrive at your site, additional warranty visits at no additional charge
✅ Initial 1/2 hour of labor to inspect, diagnose, or repair all types of problems
✅ A proposal for any repairs that may exceed the first 1/2 hour, or additional costs
✅ 90 day labor warranty on all repairs and product installations
✅ 1 year parts warranty on all parts used, additional warranties vary by manufacturer, all used parts left for owner inspection
✅ Personal customer satisfaction guarantee!

Please note the following exclusions:

✗ Hidden or pre-existing conditions do not apply to our warranty, all repairs are guaranteed
✗ Additional charges for travel time outside of Sonoma & Marin County
✗ NO after hours or weekend service

• Water Quality Issues - Green/cloudy water, chemical imbalance, algae problems
• Cleaning System Problems - Pool cleaner not working, suction issues, clogged lines
• Lighting Issues - Pool light replacement, GFCI problems, LED upgrades
• Plumbing Problems - Pipe repairs, valve replacement, circulation issues
• Surface Problems - Cracked plaster, staining, need for resurfacing
• Skimmer Issues - Cracked or leaking skimmers, float valve and weir problems
• Automation Problems - Timer issues, control system problems, programming needs
